no need to use PlatformTestUtil.registerExtension() anymore (EP now supports parent disposable directly)

Now UrlClassLoader and its dependencies reside in intellij.platform.util.classLoader module which doesn't depend on intellij.platform.util module. All places which include util module to classpath were updated to include the new module as well.
