Switch to startsWith search instead of contains. This is for getting
query results faster. Add filters on last and first name along with
login attribute.

2. If ingress rules with specifying hostname and SSL configured with
this hostname, shows https endpoint
3. if ingress rules with specifying hostname and no SSL configured,
shows http endpoint
