Fix links for installation

Related issue https://github.com/rancher/rancher/issues/13218
1. If ingress rules without specifying hostname, shows both
http and https endpoint
2. If ingress rules with specifying hostname and SSL configured with
this hostname, shows https endpoint
3. if ingress rules with specifying hostname and no SSL configured,
shows http endpoint

when match service to workload. Also some cleanup fixes for ingress

handle alias to svc of type externalName
