Bump the version to one that has current packages.
Remove all references to upstream repos otherwise yum prefers them.

My home router uses 192.168.0.1 as the gateway and DNS server;
I believe this is a very popular choice.

Move wksctl tests to a range that doesn't cover this address.

The default is 10% free, which is hard to achieve on my laptop.
Set to 100Mi instead.

So we can treat an error on 'kubectl get nodes' as transient, while
still logging that it happened.
