Summary:
Used `for file in **/*.yaml; do [ "$(sed -n '/^---/p;q' ${file})" ] || sed -i -e "1s/^/---\n/" ${file}; done`
to create this diff. Manually fixed up places where there was a comment before the header and any other detected lint issues.
