Summary:
Adds a pxl script for viewing all traffic leaving the cluster. Uses Pixie's `dns_events` to determine domain names for external IPs, instead of the domain names nslookup yields. Allows filtering by traffic containing PII.

This script will be used for the data exfiltration demo.

Test Plan: Tested on a cluster with the new CIDR UDFs.
