drivers: use ctx.TaskEnv for mount points

Vendored go-sockaddr and go-sockaddr/template

We make a HashiCorp hard fork of the jteeuwen/go-bindata hard fork that
was replaced and diffed the code against a Dec 1, 2015 copy of the
original repository we had as a cross-check of that hard fork.

This replaces references to jteeuwen/go-bindata to point to the
HashiCorp fork.

UI: Specialized Job Detail Pages

Add tags option to datadog telemetry

This is to later compose job detail page variations

Expose an global tags option in telemetry config for dogstatsd, for
purposes of distinguishing between multiple nomad cluster metrics.

This is a composite of scheduler type, batch variations, and children v.
