It looks like efivar-libs was at some point promoted out of
edge/testing and into edge/community at the alpine project. This
was causing builds on systems lacking a recent build cache to fail.
For now the fix is to make sure that edge/community is appended to
/etc/apk/repositories (just as edge/testing is).
