This reverts commit a6505e57 "Don't refresh the VFS after git reword IDEA-173786"
which was intended to be an optimization.

But although the files don't change as the result or reword, its timestamps change,
thus the VFS refresh is necessary.

Names fixed.

Lists may be heterogeneous: containing tuples with different types on certain places:

[(1, 'spam'), ('spam', 1)]

For these cases first argument may be union of int,str
