IDEA-CR-45934 introduce DigestUtil to address performance issue - SUN provider should be used always and we don't need to find another one

Most of implementations already implement #resolve, so we can eliminate array instantiation in default #multiResolve

This fixes `org.jetbrains.plugins.gradle.dsl.GradleDependenciesTest` for cases when
`org.gradle.api.Project#dependencies` has `@DelegatesTo` explicitly defined (Gradle 4.0), and `GradleProjectAwareType`
doesn't flow into delegate of the closure passed into `dependencies` method, because explicit `@DelegatesTo` is used by
the default provider.
