Cached Values Dependent On Injected Files Must Be Invalidated On Psi Change In Non Physical Host (because otherwise completion creates non-physical copy of the file, tries to inject something there, inserts dummy identifier and finds out cached value isn't re-computed because there was no PSI modification and PSI_MODIFICATION_COUNT is unchanged and thus optimization in PsiCachedValue precluded re-computation)
