create dependency for overridden methods only if they located in the same class

in loadState and in initComponent

Local Changes: Return expand/collapse actions back to the toolbar

* Select implementation as super method, not an overload
* Copy all its overloads
* Add imports for decorators (e.g. typing.overload)
