jetbrains-annotations and jetbrains-annotations-java5 libraries are added, modules and artifacts now refer to these libraries instead of old modules.

commons-net must be added to dependencies of a module from intellij-community project to ensure that it'll be downloaded by build scripts (IDEA-189683).

Improve names for product-specific modules: change 'intellij.productEdition' to 'intellij.product.edition' (e.g. 'intellij.ideaUltimate' -> 'intellij.idea.ultimate'). This makes names of these modules consistent with other names and groups modules related to the same product together.

Build scripts dynamically add Kotlin compiler JARs into classpath so if a build scripts module depends on KotlinJavaRuntime library it may end up with Kotlin JARs from two different version of Kotlin in classpath and compilation may fail (IDEA-177205). To fix the problem Kotlin files were extracted into a separate 'images-build-scripts' module and KotlinJavaRuntime library was removed from dependencies of build script modules. This won't be needed when we change build scripts to start compilation in a separate process.

This will simplify migration to newer Java versions in the future.
