IDEA-203220 After phpStorm upgrade when opening task it doesn't strip "[" when generates branch name causing not valid branch name error

`CustomActionsSchema.getCorrectedAction` magic doesn't work for direct calls to inner groups.
We have to get customized outer group and search for VcsAware inside.
