* add module level items (`module` prefix).
* add extensions (with level prefix, e.g. `appExtensions`).
* add total number of plugins, components and services (`stats`).

For consoles and scratches it is a better option.

This better corresponds the object Scale nature, and reduces the code a little.

The extension point is declared in JavaIdePlugin.xml and called from java modules only, so it makes no sense to have this interface in the platform.

This fixes word completion in other IDEs (IDEA-208424).

Otherwise these extension points cannot be loaded if Java support is loaded from a separate plugin (IDEA-195719).
