In particular, Phis are now lifted inside variables & dependent,
whenever it's possible

Same calls with different arguments are merged to calls
with undetermined arguments. Better equals / hashCode.

Otherwise we can waste a lot of time in attempt to merge
calls of the same function with changing arguments

[gui-test] ScriptGenerator refactoring. Remove commented code, extract internal classes, fix yellow code

Now UPhiValue cannot contain more than four values
and any Phi with Undetermined is Undetermined.
This is necessary to prevent infinite Phi explosion
during loop analysis

So #IDEA-174594 Fixed
