We could duplicate them because in case like ((42)) we used to show one
warning for (42) as for parenthesized expression inside another one and
another warning for (42) as for parenthesized expression containing
a literal expression.

Numbered list is not rendered in Event Log toolwindow, resulting in list items without spaces between them.

The library isn't used by the IDE, it's kept only for compatibility with users' projects, so switching dependency scope helps to avoid messages about conflicting library versions (see IDEA-204495).
