Just inline the field and create the panel each time when needed.

Negation was removed during refactoring (see commit 9e21afdc). As a result myAlreadyChecked was filled only in batch mode, but checked only in on-the-fly mode. In particular this caused reporting of the same word millions of times in a relatively big file.

It's a common pattern for power users to replace `open` with some other
file manager. Since the launcher relies on the OS `open` command, having
the full path will avoid issues with users aliasing `open` to something
else while keeping the current behavior the same.
