ensure that Apply button is not active on open run configuration dialog — problem is that we had 2 instance of UnknownConfigurationType

move getPreferredFocusedComponent to Configurable (since we can use default method implementation now) and reduce usages of BaseConfigurable

make Esc work correctly in injected editors as well

because most of panels must update content when execution event happened
(because timer of ActionManager can sleep and update of items can be skipped)

adjust label text in settings
