Users are reporting isses viewing cluster resources which is apparently
related to not having the right roles assigned to a token they're using,
let's clarify that in the README.

This section informs that we have a Roadmap and links to it.

We want to emphasize the early status of the project, so patch adds
a warning icon, and rephrases the respective disclaimer a bit.

The License was a 1st-level/main section, but that should be reserved
for the project's name.

This section points to the new "contributing" doc.

The README should reflect the new name of the project as well as the
LICENSE for now.
